Meals not mentioned / personal expenses / personal insurance.

The Liberté package does not include:
Reservations for nights, transport and activities mentioned.

Liberté: Payment of the consultancy service and bike rental to Toog Tandem Tours by bank transfer + payment by yourself directly to the accommodation.

An expert in creating tailor-made trips. He designs the itinerary and guides you through the booking process, without selling it directly.

What is the role of the travel administrator?
He or she manages the administrative and logistical side of the business, including cash collection, reservations, vouchers and after-sales service. Like travel agents, they are licensed by Atout France.

The ordering process, which is not automated and which includes a free appointment and the sending of your quotation, gives you time to make up your mind, before your order is validated.
For this reason, in the "Liberté" formula, if we have started to create your project, no refund is possible.
If you can no longer go on a trip, for example, it's not a problem - you'll already have the entire customized itinerary!

In the "Turnkey" package, only the travel planner's fees and the costs actually incurred by the travel agent on the date of notification of cancellation will be retained.

In the case of a cyclo-voyage

Bike or semi-recumbent tandem rental: A bike rental contract will be drawn up when the bike is made available (with Toog Tandem Tours or the rental partner).
A deposit cheque for the value of the bike must be returned before departure (or according to the rental partner's conditions). It will be returned to you at the end of your rental if the bike is returned in the same condition as when you left.

• Deposit: Please note that you will need to leave a deposit cheque for €4,000 (muscular tandem) or €6,000 (electric-assist tandem) and proof of identity (ID card or passport) on the day of rental. The deposit cheque will only be cashed if the bike is not returned, or in the event of an accident or frame breakage.
  The bike is inspected with you at the beginning and end of the rental period. If the return inspection does not correspond to the initial condition, you will be billed for the cost of repairing any damage to the bike (according to the repair schedule or estimate).
