Day 1: Arrival in La Rochelle

The adventure begins...

Settle in, breathe in the sea air, and set off to explore La Rochelle, this historic city with its lively streets and picturesque old port. Dine in front of the illuminated medieval towers, and let the excitement of tomorrow's departure lull you to sleep.

Day 2: La Rochelle - Ile de Ré > 30 km

First pedal to the sweetness of the Ile de Ré!
A short journey for a great discovery: in just a few strokes of the wheel, you cross the 3 km long Ile de Ré bridge, with a 360° view of the ocean. Once on the island, white villages with green shutters, salt marshes and endless beaches await you. Stroll through Saint-Martin-de-Ré, ranked one of France's most beautiful villages, and enjoy an ice cream by the harbor.

The island rhythm begins... Take advantage, tomorrow the road continues towards Fouras!

Day 3: Ile de Ré - Fouras > 64 km

Head for the mainland and its varied landscapes!
After a last look at the island of Ré, you follow the coast before arriving at Fouras, a seaside resort with authentic charm. Here, cycle paths wind between forest and shore, and the view of Fort Boyard in the distance already gives you a thrill of adventure...

Tomorrow, we're off to the Ile d'Aix, a car-free paradise!

Day 4: Free day onisland of Aix

A breath of iodine and a timeless getaway
A short ferry ride brings you to this miniature island, where only bicycles and horse-drawn carriages are allowed. Explore its mimosa-lined paths, secret beaches and Napoleonic forts. This is your chance to slow down, take a dip in the Atlantic or enjoy fresh oysters by the sea.

A real day off... before heading back to Oléron tomorrow!

Day 5: Ile d'Aix - Ile d'Oléron > 65 km

New crossing, new emotions!
Return to Fouras for a day's cycling between land, sea and marshes, before reaching the bridge over the Ile d'Oléron. Once on the island, the landscape changes: maritime pines, wild dunes and colorful fishing villages. Stop off at Château-d'Oléron for its market and citadel, before heading back to your accommodation with the wind at your back.

Day 6: Loop around Ile d'Oléron > 70 km

100% Oléron, 100% pleasure!
Today, you'll discover all the faces of the island: the oyster huts of Fort-Royer, the vast beaches of Saint-Trojan, and above all, the Chassiron lighthouse, with its black and white stripes, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. Pedal along the oyster beds, stop for an oyster tasting, and enjoy total freedom.

Last night on the island... tomorrow, back to La Rochelle, the circle is complete!

Day 7: Ile d'Oléron - La Rochelle > 25 km

Last pedal strokes, head full of memories
A short stage to bring this adventure to a gentle close. You leave Oléron by boat, via Fort Boyard, taking with you the smell of salt and memories of the landscapes you've crossed. Back in La Rochelle, enjoy a final stroll around the old port, ice cream in hand, to celebrate this magical week.
