The island of Ré was a wonderful discovery.
The travel diary helped us appreciate the island's treasures. As soon as we arrived, they gave us invaluable information on visits (aquarium, whale lighthouse, etc.), places to eat (brunch in La Rochelle, ice cream at La Martinière, etc.) and accommodation.
Cycling around for a whole week made me want to continue the adventure at home.

Try it and you'll love it!
Great experience as a couple with Toog, the tandem bike is very maneuverable, even with my 1.90m husband at the front! You can adjust everything to suit the morphology of each user. The bike is very well equipped, with plenty of storage space, which comes in handy for long trips.
The Toog team had put together a tailor-made itinerary for us, with lots of good tips and GPS guidance, so we could set off with our hands in our pockets.
We can't wait to do it again, but this time with our two daughters for a family adventure. Thanks again!

We set off with 2 teenagers from LA ROCHELLE to the Médoc via the Rochefort bridge and the Royan-Le Verdon-sur-Mer ferry. 2 great days pedaling, chatting and enjoying the scenery. The bikes are top-notch, and so are the Toog Tandem Tours team. The itinerary is personalized, as is an introduction to the bike before departure to help you get the hang of it. A great experience!

Completely charmed by this great family adventure! We set off with our daughters aged 7 and 10, spending the night in Marennes. A fully guided trip through the marshes, we were able to observe grey herons, storks, a family of coypu on the prowl and even a bird of prey on the hunt! A real safari! The bikes are easy to handle, and it's a real joy to be able to talk to each other while pedaling, so the kids never want to stop - a real bonus when you're racking up the kilometers. I'm looking forward to discovering other road bikes thanks to the Toog team!

Tandem Pino bike riding through the French countryside was a fantastic experience and one I would definitely repeat! From cycling through beautiful forests, past iconic French farm lands and cottages, to glimpsing the Atlantic Ocean and chateaux, it was a perfect adventure. Although initially nervous about captaining the bike, it's not as hard as it looks and I was soon enjoying the freedom of being in charge! Sitting down for lunch and exploring vineyards with the triumph of having gotten there yourself, also made every experience that much sweeter. Would definitely recommend doing it!
