Freedom: Payment for the consulting service and bicycle rental to Toog Tandem Tours by bank transfer + payment by you directly to the accommodations.

A regulated professional (Atout France license) who sells and organizes complete and packaged trips (flights, hotels, packages, customer service).

And a travel planner?
An expert in creating tailor-made trips. They design the itinerary and guide you in your bookings, without selling them directly.

What is the role of the travel administrator?
They manage the administrative and logistical aspects: collection of payments, reservations, vouchers and customer service. Just like the travel agent, they have the Atout France license.

The ordering process, which is not automated and includes a free consultation and sending your quote, gives you time to decide before validating your order.
Therefore, with the "Freedom" package, if we have started to create your project, no refund is possible.
In the event that you can no longer go on the trip, for example, it is not a problem, you will already have the entire tailor-made itinerary!

With the "Turnkey" package, only the travel planner's fees and the expenses actually incurred by the travel agent on the date of the cancellation notification will be retained.

In the case of a cycling trip

Rental of bicycle or semi-recumbent tandem: A bicycle rental agreement will be drawn up when the bicycle is made available (at Toog Tandem Tours or the partner rental company).
A deposit check for the value of the bicycle must be given before departure (or according to the partner rental company's conditions). It will be returned to you at the end of your rental if the bicycle is returned in the same condition as it was at the start.

• Deposit: Please note that you must leave a deposit cheque for €6,000 (muscular tandem) or €10,000 (electric-assist tandem) and proof of identity (ID card or passport) on the day of rental. The deposit cheque will only be cashed in the event of non-return of the bike, an accident or breakage to the frame.
  The bike is inspected with you at the beginning and end of the rental period. If the return inspection does not correspond to the initial condition, you will be billed for the cost of repairing any damage to the bike (according to the repair schedule or estimate).
